User: The second phase of Pinglu Gaojiayan wind farm project is located in the southwestern mountainous area of Pinglu District in the territory of Xia Mujiajia and Xia Shuitou Townships, with the geographical coordinates of 111°53′30″ East to 112°03′49.06″ and 39°21′13.86″ North to 39°32′57.98″. The project planning scale is 250MW (Phase I 50MW), the scale of construction of this phase is 200MW, in the completed Pinglu Gaojiayan Phase I wind farm 220kV booster station access to 35KV voltage level, and substation expansion (Phase I booster station main transformer access to 50MW, expansion of a 150MW main transformer)
